Just getting out this AM we have power & cell service again food stores & gas stations are closed or out of gas. Churches & schools are handing out food & water. The plants have been beat but are still going, all my frozen peppers turned to mush with all those bumper crops of berries...

We have a Hurry cane coming tonight with gusts up to 70 mph 🙃 so we will see if the Pepper plants do OK. Thanks @NJChilehead that looks like a good jelly recipe.

I have a good Pineapple Bonnet recipe that we got for @MarcV . Stripy jelly sounds good, yes I would like it. The Aji Chombo I got from @Downriver & the one from BC both seem to be the same. The plants are strong & load up with dark red pods with fantastic flavors.

Thanks CD. Thanks to @Downriver for the seeds. This is a great tasting pepper with such a sweet & fruity taste. These plants grew over 6' tall have so many pods, I needed 3 stakes per plant to keep them up. 😀

This is a pepper I did not want to grow 🫣 but did at the request of my partner in peppers. It's a Hybrid & I did not want my Heirlooms involved romantically. It started as a back 40 isolated pepper & has turned into a real star this season all 4 plants. I have been eating these...
