Tried a store bought stir fry sauce since it was on sale. Fried tofu lightly battered in corn starch. White rice and stir fried broccoli, baby carrots, asparagus, mushrooms and cashews. Needless to say. Everyone loved it so, we will be using it again.
I could eat chili once a week all year long. Best part is knowing the leftovers will either be tomorrow's breakfast or tonight's chili-mac. Or both. Ate mine with cheese, Fritos and black garlic reaper sauce.

Thanks! We definitely did well with the peas at the end of the year into this year. By February the temperatures were already getting too warm and the plants were pulled out that way I could put my tomatoes in the ground by mid-march.

Besides a pickling cucumber. We always grow a few vines of rare heirloom cucumbers. This year we have "Lemon" and "tasty green". The lemon cucumbers are mild round fruit no bigger than a racquetball. The tasty green are also mild long English types. Very crunchy.
