They look sealed OK. I would expect juice leaking from them if the seal was broken. Are you keeping them in at least a 70f environment? Perhaps warm them up and give it a little more time.

Is this the type of growth habit your looking for? The plant was over wintered and has remained this compact 'umbrella' shape. I'm not familiar with various types of orange habanero as I just started growing them last year. Its very fruity and hot though.

The Bolivian rainbow has all its colors now. What a great looking plant. I think it will be on the kitchen table for the fall. I tasted a ripe red one and didn't detect any real taste, just a lot of heat. Oh well it still looks great.

My first year with this pepper. I really like the taste and the heat is perfect for my taste. I like the compact habit of the plant. I'll be growing it again.
