The sauces have changed a LOT because I moved here to Colorado from PA. In PA I had cottage food laws that allowed me to make this stuff. Here in CO it's ALLLL about the FDA, so I had to go through a copacker. That might change soon as I'm going for my acidified goods license.

speaking of Crystal, that's the sauce that I was disappointed in and made me want to pursue hotter sauces as a young teen. I'll never forget it. I was highly disappointed in the hot wings my family made while in Rehobeth, Delaware.
