But it would be awesome to show it on the paper that you have 2M SHU chili that you created :) I have done that old school method and I think it's also good enough. There are also different burn types. Do you see them with HPLCS?
And how you do get pungency certification? Can anyone in the world make an order? That 100 dollar is not much in the long run. Someone should make them cheaper and smaller so almost anyone could afford equipments.
I already saw big differences with the flowers. 1:1 mix :) I did cross an unknown chinense that is green with some darker tones on it with Peach Bleeder that is orange and with the bleeding calyx. I'll have my own thread later when I get fully ripe pods. I'll probably plant four plants next...
Cool. So many seeds 😲 I have just started crossing peppers. My very first hybrid is going well. I had four seeds but only one survived. It took 100+ days to start producing pods. I have now the moment I'm watching it every day, her very first fruits coming 😎
I bought very bright LED boards and they were too bright for my chilies. Light source was too piercing when too close. Leaves started to curl. I now keep a bigger distance when using LM301 LED boards. Didn't know that could happen but it happened to my chilies.
I love super hots. Mostly I grow...
Why I can't find any numbers the increased germination of using h2o2? Just noticed some toothpastes has also it because it bleach teeths and sanitize. Could it work too? 😏
I'm sometimes struckling with the new seeds that came from my plants. 80 years old DNA can be good or not. I'm hoping it's good variety if you can get it to geminate.
If you have room for one more then I would recommend SLP Improved Naga X. It was quite prolific and the heat is around Carolina Reaper-ish. I was growing it indoors but I have very good full spectrum light and got it close in small space. So it's like direct sun 17H in a day and warm or very...
That temp should be fine. I like baking paper because it doesn't get mushy when wet. But I have noticed that some peppers may melt the paper. Not sure why it happens but the seeds did make a hole to the paper after two weeks.
