Hey Paul..I'm glad to see you've given the cloning process a shot. The amount of leaves you trimmed is fine. I've done both in the past, trimmed all the large leaves off and left fruit  and small new growth intact..and have also trimmed all but the top most leaves. Both procedures work... you...

    RocketMan 2014 - Resurrection

Bill it won't be long and those plants will be a ft tall   The fish emulsion works wonders, I add a teaspoon to a qt misting bottle with water and spray the plants once a week....well at least indoors, but you'll get the same results outdoors also..

Lourens...You're off to a great start !   Very neat and organized set-up, this is exhilarating to read and look at. My season is coming to an end in a few weeks, but now I'm all hyped up to start some type of seeds indoors soon even if its only herbs and leaf lettuce.   Thanks for the inspiration !

Give it a try.....I think other folks have cloned in the aerogarden..........Denniz always has good results ? Rock wool also works fine with a little prep work before hand.   I've always used vermiculite when propagating, especially when air layering. It retains moisture, and lets...
