I like the request, but I thought the purpose of the Seed Train was for seeds of peppers you saved from your own peppers? or did I miss something? Sorry this will be my first year on the Train and I don't want to have any issues... I'm very much looking forward to this.

Hello, yes I have eaten them at all stages, I like them best just as they start to turn. I pickle them in a sweet brine with cherry bombs. One of my favorite peppers. I grow them every year.

They look like Cascabella Pepper Some of my favs, I Grow tons of them every year.
