Mr. Joe, I picked one off of a different plant. This was the one I had planned on weighing from, but some of these others in the dragster tires and feed buckets are looking pretty good. The tires have no bottom, so they might end up doing better than the big tote things, who knows...

Had some leftover cream cheese mixture from making poppers, so I topped it with some of G.I.P.'s smoked serrano pow pow and tossed it on with these hot dogs. Gonna dip some Ritz in there with it. R.I.P.G.I.P.

Picked this bad boy today, and cooked it up with some onions for my gyro. I was surprised because I hadn't noticed any peppers until today.

Your pork looks amazing! And I second the WSM. They are amazing cookers. I just got a new toy. A vintage Weber wok! It was rusty, but I took it down to barest then seasoned it. Did my first stir fry today! Sliced some pork loin really thin and marinated it all day while I chopped up vegetables...
