good morning friends,   pretty sore this morning, gunna just relax at the gym today, walk it off, then saunas.

  thanks we dont get hard freezes hardly ever under 32 for more than a day or so at a time.   i am in zone 9a   i am gunna test my electric skills, gunna come off the 220v box there by my a/c and split to a 110 outdoor receptacle.    so i can put in a heat source.
