Instant Pot and Vitamix have been the best kitchen investments since I've been so on the go lately. Curries in a fraction of the time and smoothies for breakfast... not to mention them fruity smoothies with a splash of rum or tequila on the weekends. :D

That contraption was given to me as a gift.  I used it a couple times but it doesn't really do much but make the dish smell smokey and trick you into thinking you're eating smoked food. Its like the LaCroix of the food world.
