This year we tested growing 2 of the same kind of plants in the same 7 gallon container and I found them all to be smaller plants than the singles in the 7 gallons.

Fall starts tomorrow, but we have had frost every night since Tuesday last week so every day we are hauling all the potted plants in and out. However this week looks like it should be a good for leaving them out! Just another week or so and hopefully everything will be ripe.

The garlic is whole clove loose in a bag. I have 4 heads and have consumed a little of it and its sweet tasty and spreads well on toast.

This may be a silly question, but first year attempting fermented hot sauce at home and I want to use black garlic. The black garlic is already fermented so do I add it in my final blend or can I add it when I add all my pepper pods to the brine?

Ah yes this would have been much easier if I had been on a computer.

The plants are in full sun from 700-500 with daytime temps being around 27-30c (and falling), night time being 14c. I am using GH Flora series every other week. I will try moving them to a more shaded spot.
