It has been done a few times. Chocolate covered PE nougat. Spicy chocolate. Lollipops? Cant remember.
PE is perfect for that.
If you want chile pepper flavor, flakes or powder with PE would be be an option.
Toe of Satan uses 9mil extract.
I saw on another post about sending out samples. Look at hot sauce companies that enter the fiery foods contests, and just mail them a case of bottles. The minimums are pretty out of reach for smaller companies. I like the idea and design. You are going to have to connect with the Biggie...
one last comment...
The blender ABSOLUTELY makes a difference! I have used Ninja, VitaMix and BlendTec. The BlendTec is the BEST!!! by FAR!!! It can make a fine pepper powder out of dry black peppercorns. The other 2 don't even come close. I have tried to blend mustard seeds into a mustard...
the AMZ lemongrass sauce doesn't list the ingredients, but comments suggest it is a compound sauce with fish sauce ant a lot of other ingredients. The powder lists only one ingredient....lemongrass...so that would be all that needs to be listed as ingredients. Should work with your existing...
In there another form of lemongrass that you can use?
I used to use a frozen ground ginger puree but it is no longer available. I've had to change to bottled ginger juice, which is subbed in at 1:1 to the frozen ginger pulp.
Is there a lemongrass puree or lemongrass juice that could be used...
Trying to look at the ingredients listed and not sure how they are being processed, maybe process the fresh chiles first, blendering to a very fine puree with something like a food processor. By getting the produce to the very fine consistency first, the sauce doesn't need to be blendered a...
Greetings, :welcome: to THP!
The issue is probably the 'heavy duty blender' aerating the sauce.
With a couple of my sauces using a blender, I have to slow cook and stir-stir-stir the sauce before bottling to work out the air bubbles.
Another solution would be to consider the order of the...
Try to figure out the lid size and 'threads'. I cant remember what the numbers represent, diameter and something...
Should be able to find replacement lids from any number of bottle companies.
Congrats on a great season.
Freeze if you have room or make puree.

Voodoo6, I am practicing for my next life!!! Xoxo
Sexy~ thanks for the pics. Scrambling to keep the batch going when the AC tanked...yep, ya gotta do what ya gotta do.
What about a combo...
Run the mash thru a juicer for the first run, then run the tailings thru the manual press?
I haven't used a commercial juicer. A vendor at the FM did carrot juice blends. I just remember the cup of juice and the fairly dry veg pulp.
Good luck, i will be keeping...
I haven't looked at the above links, but what came to mind was an apple cider press. We did hundreds of gallons back in the stone age...when I was a kid... with a mechanical grinder, manual press. the one we had stood about 5' tall with a wooden basket and cloth liner. Basket would hold...
Back in the mid-2000's, Guinness would accept limited samples of chiles for testing and would announce World Record. Then it seemed like there was a new WR every 6 months. Then they implimented grow standards and testing standards requiring multiple plants, maybe multiple fields.
Cant say...
