Here is a pic of the last bunch of pods I pulled from my plant this season.  I hope these are a good pheno.  I saved the seeds and hope to grow again next season.  

Last pull from the contest plant.  I zero'd out the bowl of course.  Gonna combine with the ones from the crossed plant and make some puree.  

  So,  at least a whole day or so right?  If I load up the dehydrator, it sometimes takes a couple of days...  

Paul,   Question for you.  When dehydrating for seeds, typically what temp are you shooting for and how long do you run the dehydrator for?   Thanks,   Ben

Hello all,   I recently had a conversation with a friend who said that Epsom Salts, when applied to the soil as opposed to a foliar spray, will help the amino acids that produce the capsaicin oil in hot peppers.  I haven't heard of a connection between Epsom Salts and Capsaicin production...

Picked my first few pods today.  These are starting to ripen.  I really couldn't wait because I am going on vacation tomorrow for a week and who knows what shape they would have been in once I get back.  Picture totally sucks but you can see the whopping huge weight of 12g.  Gotta start...

Hello all,   I have always had this pest in my garden somewhat.  It seems this year it is affecting more plants than usual.  The pest seems to attack just the leaves.  Here is a pic from 3 different leaves at various parts of the garden:     Any thoughts as to what causes this?  Thanks!
