Welcome. To learn better upkeep of peppers, learn to ignore them. They seem to do better with less human intervention. Give them good soil, water when they wilt and watch for bug infestations. That's really about all they need.
To resurrect an old thread, yes, I have bought chile sauces from this company. They are really good. My favorite is the Abuela's Traditional Red Chile Sauce, now known as Sun-Dried Red Chile.
My superhots germinate just fine in the aerogarden, without additional heat. Mine is an older model and does have the flourescent lights, so they tend to heat up the base a little. I don't think you will get the same effect with LED lights.
