He did have a great season, and he generously shared some with me! He said he would bring me a few pods, and boy did he deliver. It's like Christmas in October. These four trays will keep me busy for quite a while. Thanks Mike!

Any New Mexico variety has good flavor and mild heat. My favorites are Heritage Big Jim, Lumbre and Sandia Select.
