   I have sent pods to Hawaii and I know a few years ago it was he same flat rate . Super fast shipping too . I would check your local post office and see what they say .

 Looks like snail damage and some bacterial leaf spot .

   I use skim milk,  I have no idea what the key ingredient is but I would also say the calcium . 

   Been very overcast and rainy so she is loving it .       Doing Good Conrad how about you ?
