      We are in central Pennsylvania. Not many Mexican markets among the Amish.....     I do that with my unripened jalapenos at the end of the season but with limited results       I'm happy to pay for cost of peppers and shipping.   I'm looking for a large flat rate box minimum (maybe 10 lbs. or so)

    It will be great for us to do Kempton this year. For one, it is a couple miles from the in-laws to that means free babysitting and it will be nice to see all of our chilehead brethren (and sisteren) again!   p.s. John, I like Bavarian cream donuts thank you very much.  :)

    Honestly, I prefer frozen for one simple reason. During the freezing process, the cell walls shatter. If you are making a sauce, this will help make a smoother sauce.

    I've always found powders lose a lot of their flavor compared to using fresh or frozen. In a pinch they will work.

    This is about the warmest it has been around here lately (snow flurries last than three weeks ago). This is about the only weekend we don't have a festival throughout all of May.       Wow, that sounds deadly man! Let me know if you have any d'bhut seeds laying around. I'd love to try them!!!
