Well I finaly got a proper smoker. And Yes, Smoking is Addictive. duck,chicken, sausages I made. Hickory I almost got no peppers this year so nothing to smoke in that area.

Hungarian Hot Wax the only peppers producing at this time. were hitting high 30's C this week, 30c right now.

Well it was 35c in the shade for a couple days (20c right now). Yesterday was perfect in that some nice cool breeze was available. Onions, Cod, Potatoes and Bananas, coated in corn flour (tortilla) and spices. Perfect for the bananas so they dont dissolve. Habanero/Cranberry/Pineapple hot sauce.

lol, yup. Supposed to be 33c tomorrow, next week back to the teens.

Got 23 Ring of Fire on the go. Just crunched up a dry pod into teo pots. Not much growth in the plants, nights dipping down to 2c sometimes.
