But your chili oil is WAY too thick for NHC.....Looks more like a glaze to me.....and it shouldn't. And it's usually served with bone-in thighs or breasts....at least the good ones are.

I think I'm safe cooking ANYTHING I want.....then passing it off as D.C. cuisine.
The only thing I can remotely think of is the half-smoke (chili dog that was previously mentioned)......and that's sounding better and better!!
