  Chilantro tasts a bit soapy for me yes. The reason for this "soapy flavour" is a "formaldehyt" that some taste and some not. Some people think also "Habaneros" taste soapy. For me just some "Anuums" have that taste. i guess i have to give it a try myself. Thanks for your answere  ;)

Have it on my list too, nice to hear that is so good :-)   I tried the white one last year and found it a bit boring.

  Do you tried "Aji fantasy" and "Aji Fantasy White" and compared the taste?   Doe they taste a bit "soapy" like many "birdeyes" and "Thai peppers" does?

Some seeds seemed dark and i put 50 % or more in the tresh. The rest are looking fine, so i will maybe give it a try.     I received "yaglik 28" instead of "Bobs Pickling".  This pepper looks very interesting.   Anybody grown it before?

just from the "rest-flesh" on the seeds i can say that "princess faten" is very hot for a "anuum". So i guess its maybe an ornamental. Smell was really good for that, but if it is small with many seeds it would be too much work to make a poweder out of it.

Does Anyone know something about this pepper? I got some seeds from "Pepperlover.com", but cant find pictures or a description anywhere.   So far i just know its a freaking hot "anuum".  :P   The smell of the "rest-flesh" on the seeds was very aromatic, the seeds are small.

I extract as much a spossible with a tissue, then i fill soft soap and water in a spray bottle and wet the whole plant. Let this stay for a bout an hour and rinse it with water.      And keep the earth away from the soap water.     When you finished, extract the top layer of your plant earth.

Maybe i will try to combine your method and mine and do some testing :-)   How many % does the peroxide have? In normal stores here they just have 3 %, i guess thats too low.

Well we made an experiment in a german forum. If the seeds are new, it doesnt matter in which liquid you soak them.   But when they are older, the best solutions are 1-2 % "HNO3"  or "distilled water". Some wild seeds can take advantage of "guano".     Personally i use distilled water for older...
