I just realized that I had my 1st and only conch fritter four years ago - today! weird!   I think a Fish Dish Throwdown would be fun. So many varieties to play with, and so many creative people.  I've been amping to make Salmon Sausage! :)

Scovie keeps eyeballin' our stacked firewood to attack that stump with.   "STEP AWAY FROM THE FIREWOOD SCOVIE!!!!!"       Except all the scrap wood is buried in ice still, and by the time it melts, we'll probably be back into Burn Ban season!!!! This project's gonna take a while!!! haha
