You're going to have to drench the plant at this point w the Castile mix. As in, go leaf by leaf and spray spray spray.
That's a whitefly infestation. And it's bad. I would personally use Dr bronners unscented Castile soap. Mix 1 table spoon to a quart of water and then spray spray spray.
The fatty acids in the Castile soap kill soft body insects such as whitefly and aphids and will not harm the plants.
I'm in Central Florida. The space coast. I've had best of luck incrementally transplanting up to 5 and 7 gallons buckets. I personally like pots because I can move them in storm time.

Leaves will naturally turn yellow and fall off. However, your leaves do look somewhat nute burnt. I'll leave that to the more experienced guys.
The plants look good though. Especially for such little bitty shoes :)
