  i see people with pizza attachments for their grill, Y no tandoor? Gotta design one that won't break people's backs putting it on. Maybe i should drop out of medical school and use my student loans to get on this endeavor 

gotta be honest, slightly disappointed there's not tandoori oven attachment to your grill.....is that a thing?

I made extra bacon, couldn't see it in the sandwich so i put it on top to show yes, there was really bacon lol. sandwich already had enough bacon, flavor gets too lots when you mix it with other things, so it's nice to have some on its own

Tom Kha Kai, different recipe this time. Used fresh galangal too, and lemon juice instead of lime juice.

thanks for the contest! haven't had any fresh peppers in about a year now. I'll go with 57. My favorite pepper is the MoA Scotch bonnet, but unfortunately I'm not growing any peppers, or much of anything for that matter because of medical school

    for some reason i had lots of vines but very small and few taters, they looked like white potatoes but were sweet, made mashed potatoes. was pretty good. 

    how long do you keep your sweet potatoes in the ground for? I had some and have heard to pick them when there's a frost, but we don't get those in miami lol I bought the vines, didn't start from a potato. 

forgot to take prep pics and cooking with the wok and wok burner, but i got the end result lol. This dish is called pad kra pao pla.    Mortar and Pestle 10 garlic cloves with a large handful of thai chili peppers, stir fry that till fragrant in the wok  and added 4 hogfish filets cubed up...

had my pharmacology test on monday, which i thought i failed but apparently I got an 88 lol.....my friend came up with his boat and we tried to go out after. Forecast said 2-3ft with no chance of rain after 11am....well they were wrong. We went out of port everglades, the cut had big rollers...

yo D3, this shit looks great. If i may make a suggestion to get your smokiness and still get that nice rich soup. I'm not a seasoned ramen chef, but from the 3 times i've made it i've learned a few things.   1. Great idea for smokiness, but I think there's a better route to getting that flavor...
