I don't think anyone has mentioned Yaki Blue, another nice looking variety (there are Red and Brown podded varieties, and probably others out there)

I would definitely say they are baccatum. I am growing 3 varieties from Pepperlover this year that all have similar shapes as these, Aji Mango, Columbian Yellow, & White-Peach. Once they ripen you should have a better idea.
