I've used Windows and Linux and prefer Linux. Everytime I try to go solely back to Windows I get a virus. Never got a virus in Linux. Haven't tried Mac so that I can't compare. Best growing medium for peppers? (ground, 5-10 gallon buckets, raised beds)

I've got ten dixie cup southern window seedlings now. This will be my first time with ultra hots. They seem to germinate better than store bought annuum seeds. With the paper towel type method I got almost a perfect germination rate!!

The south window seedlings seem to be growing twice as fast as the one at east window. But the eastern seedlings are not dropping leaves like the ones that away from the windows.

Yes and using it as worm food is double dipping. Breaking the rabbit manure even further down for the plants to intake. It also adds micro nutrients to the soil.

If your asking if I raise my own worms, then the answer is yes. I currently have two refrigerators, one pit, one compost corral and several rubbermaid type worm beds all squirming with red worms. They are raised in a leaf mold/cardboard bedding and are fed rabbit manure and table scraps.

This is one days pickings off of four habanero bushes. I hope that I am able to grow Supers just as well.

Some people say that the worming medications are no longer affective after passing through the horse. It is probably best to let the manure compost for several months before letting the worms eat it.

A 12" x 12" x 5½" flat rate box cost $15.45 for shipping. I don't know how much a flat rate box would weigh being filled with castings. I'd sell it for $20.45 including shipping. I'm just seeing if I could spark an interest.
