    Thanks, I'll give that a try. I'm getting ready to start up a batch of Suave Habs to use as a seasoning sauce for family members that can't take the HEAT of real peppers.

    When I do peppers in the Big Green Egg @ 220 deg. I usually leave them in for about an hour to an hour and a half. red habs before in the egg smoke rising after smoking After I smoke them I dry them then grind them into a coarse powder, Awesome flavor for sprinkling on most anything!!!
