Kevin's (wayright) powders are divine but that peanut butter bonnet is truly special. I'd drive to Georgia to get some, try it in some curries (throwdown hint,) cookies, cakes, candies (xmas surprises,) It gives any asian dish that special Unami we all crave, you are a lucky guy to get some, enjoy!
