I believe flushing is when you water way past the point of water coming out of the bottom.  When water first comes out of the bottom, it is a sign that the soil is wet from top to bottom.  This is the way I have always watered btw... Also, watering twice a day is over-watering.  Seedlings...

So I have been slacking...  I kinda gave up on some seeds in the incubator.  It has been 3 weeks and they had not popped a tap root.  The incubator has been turned off for about 4 days.  Open them up, and what do you know...  Some had one or 2 sprouts; some had as many as 15.   A few cups...

Ya I have had a few BTRs pop.  Not as many as I would like, but as long as one or 2 makes it that's all I really need.

I have 60 varieties tha went into the incubator.  So far only 14 haven't popped.  Unfortunately these are among those few...  Only real big disappointments so far are these and my Chocolate Primo Reapers!
