That's not overwatering. I've never seen it quite like that before, but if I had to guess they're missing a nutrient of some sort. Or they got sick with something in which case it's more difficult to treat.

It's easy to forget these guys are nightshades until you see these.

I found one seed left of one of my favorite plants in a drawer. If it germinates I'll be so happy.

For all new members. When ^ tells you it's a bad idea, you really shouldn't do it.

It can be difficult but as long as you don't damage their stems it's fine. Seedlings can regrow an entire root system.

Totally normal if they aren't getting enough light or space.

You take care of them too much. They'd look better with more conventional pots.

Leaf color is fairly accurate, and it is a lower leaf as far as it can be considered such. Plant is chronologically about six months but had poor lighting until now so is closer in appearance to three.   Lower yellow leaf is the one I posted an image of above, large green leaf is the most recent...

Solanum quitoense is having some issues. Leaves start off really nice but turn yellow and brown spots within a week and fall off. It's not a pepper, but it's close enough that I figured it's probably suffering an illness that peppers do.

Kpakpo shito getting chlorotic leaves. I think it's nitrogen but I just want to confirm with you guys because there shouldn't be a nitrogen deficiency. Some of the other plants in this system are kinda pale too. Any advice on what to add? The roots look great.   Edit: Forgot most important part...

They all live. Usually for a good three or four years.

Sounds like a great way to get bacteria.
