Done working for the week, and getting primed up for the Tool show tonight!

I guess I shouldn't have waited until the last minute to cook for the TD. Photobucket wasn't cooperating, and I missed the deadline. 15 more minutes and I would have had my entry in. Oh well... I'll post some pics in the burger thread.

Not having a kitchen effing sucks, but it's doable.   I lived in an attic apartment in the slums for 3 years without a kitchen, once upon a time. (holy shit, it was hot up there in the summer)   I installed a small kitchen sink unit (with a few drawers), had a couple hot plates, 2 dorm fridges...

Yep. Grassy's burger looks rock solid.   Boss has his work cut out for him!

  You're slowly getting there after trial-and-error all weekend.   I haven't even come up with an idea yet, let alone try anything.   Mine will be fast and dirty...   ...just the way I like it. :beer:

  I don't have the willpower for that.   I'd be eating faster than I could pick, and there wouldn't be anything left for the burgers. :lol:

Deep fried in tallow FTW!

I went to the butcher shop to get some shrimp, but they didn't have what I was looking for. They only had cooked shrimp this time.   I left with ribeyes, strips, headcheese, beef sticks, blood sausage, and pickled herring. :lol:   I did find some shrimp on the way home though...          

Whatever it is, it looks disgusting. :sick:

  A "diner style" beef burger with f%$king anchovies?   That's brave!   I can dig it, for sure, but most people? I dunno, man.... Good luck! :lol:   Seriously though, I'm positive you will bring something worthy to the table.   :cheers:
