Plant #1 is unfolding nicely, with normal leaves starting to green up.  First sun tomorrow!    :dance:   You guys can quit now, if you like!   :P      Plant #2 managed to stick its scrawny neck above the dirt, but is missing a head!   There's no seed pod, no leaves, no nothing.  He's a gonner.  ...

  Any leads on seeds?  I can spare a few.

Is should be absolutely safe to use in fairly significant quantity.  The assorted minerals will take time to decompose, so it's not like your plants will be overdosed with Mg, K, Fe, etc.  People use assorted types of 'lava sand,' which is compositionally similar, as a mineral supplement at up...

  This is Sparta ARIZONA!!    :fire:  :fire:  :fire:  :fire:   Planted two and they are enjoying moist, 95+ degree dirt.  I've had great luck at these temps with annuum and baccatum varieties.

  Naw, they LOVE the heat.  For overnight germination, try sticking the lazy bastards in the toaster oven!

Well, folks.  The little buggers have been sitting on their fat little asses, flopped in the in the 100F sauna for 2 and a half days soaking up the warmth and slamming way too many diesel-enhanced mojitos .... with NO SIGN OF GERMINATION.   I think Andy gave me some dud seeds!!   :confused:  ...
