I am amazed you could get that many crosses made in a single year. Speaking from personal experience, the # of hours to make them all would have had to be incredible. :) Crosses just don't 'take' that easy most times.

Without a doubt Orange Thai - SSE strain. My go to pepper for all dishes I want some heat. I've grown it for a long long time and always enjoy it. Pretty short season as well.

I don't read as many pepper groups as I once did, but sometimes a thread catches my interest as this one has. :) Scotch Bonnet Steve (SBS) was quite the guy. Without him and some other very generous people back in the day, my fun in the pepper world may have been a lot different than it turned...
In Thailand, they are pissed off about Taco Bell's 'hot' being nothing so Taco Bell is making custom sauces just for the Thai population with real kick. lol.
Next will be the McDonald's Primo Chicken Sandwich. :)

Interesting. i say that because sometimes I would send messages to Judy and the person who answered the e-mail didn't seem to have any memory of a previous conversation we had. I always wondered if multiple people were behind the keyboard. lol.

She adds a lot, but few seem to ever make it in stock anymore. :( I think her 'new' list is more of what she's growing the current season coming up, not what's for sale.
