Every time I see a picture of a Jay's Peach GS it kind of freaks me out a little with the gnarl and all of that. How do they taste? I'm sure they are wicked hot.

You could always set up a trellis where the play structure is now to give your plants a bit of shade.   Congratulations on the house, and I hope you feel better soon. 

Wow, 230 plants. I can't even imagine the amount of pods you'll have by the end of the year. Even if you powder them it will still be huge yield.

  When I make salsa I start with the basics, fresh tomatoes, etc, and then add doses of garlic that are lethal to anyone who is not Polish. Call it my little secret ;)   Thanks for stopping by!

Just reviving an old thread from last year to show off a cool triplet 7 pod that I picked this evening.    

I was not planning on posting pics today, but I picked a pod that is so cool I had to share with everyone.   The harvest was normal for the day. A basket of tomatoes, and a mix of treasures, 7 pods, paprikas, a lemondrop, and my first goat pepper of the year.    But one of the not 7 pod yellows...

Wow, those powders look ridiculous good, my friend! Yeah, sometimes pictures don't do things justice but in this case I have a pretty good idea of what they are all about, and I'm impressed.

You must be doing a lot of things right, the Jonah and yellow 7s are HUGE!

You could also run a low fan on them as they sit there to help the air circulation and speed up the drying process.
