    Well i switched to blending by hand, but in the midst of the power outage I forgot the egg   Ugh tonight will be a food fail.  Still baking them but they are super crumbly probably wont hold together.   We will see in 20 minutes.  Hooray for natural gas and cell phones

    Ok so thats set for the weekend.  In the meantime, I got a bug up my ass to do another dish I have never done.  Empanadas.  Specifically Argentinian Chicken Epanadas   So Here is the chicken boiling in spices, and im making a zucchini filling

    Ok im going to pick one from each.       THP - Wild Rice tctenten - Filet Mignon GIP - Bacon T0mato - Serrano peppers     Will shoot for Sat/Sun night.   I think it will be:   Filet Mignon, pan seared in a cast iron, with candied bacon crumbles on top and a side of Serrano Pepper Wild Rice...

      I aint gonna lie...even with a thicker membrane if i even start having trouble removing it, i will do this.  This basically crisps the membrane so you can barely notice it

      That screeeeeeeeeeeams to be made into  Cherry smoked short ribs with a Teriyaki pinapple glaze applied to them ;)   Ill see if we can get a few more suggestions from people and get everyone involved heh.

    I cannot stand turkey by itself unless its in Thanksgiving Day type form.  Ground turkey has to be cooked with lots of flavors for me.
