So I bought a box of peppers containing Bhut Jolokia's in Chocolate, Yellow, and Red, 7 Pot (BS) in yellow and red, a few Jamaican mushrooms, and like 3 Butch t's. After seeding a good deal of them and making some sauce as well as splitting and drying others I separated seeds for personal use...

I'm thinking the first is a carbon too. The second looks like a small poblano. The third looks serrano possibly I'm not possitive tho.

Looks like the first/second link is a yellow 7 pot. The third one looks like a red Trinidad Scorpion. So I'm in complete agreement with Biscgolf. If you would like someone to try them out for you I would gladly chomp on them. XD I could let you know how bad they burn :P.

Nah I was just giving you a hard time there Defcon. Looks like it's almost the same color as the sauce I made the other day. By chance does yours have the consistency of ketchup as well or did you possibly strain it?
