I believe they are talking about the total amount of cap rather than the concentration.
But even so the concentration can change because it is coooking. So they can cook off the water thereby decreasing the overall mass and increase the concentration.

Oh dear I think there's a misunderstanding. It's arguing 2 different things. The total amount of cap in the ramen is different than the orginal concentration of the individual pepper.
When he said it was 2 million Scoville, it ment the total amount in the dish and not the individual pepper.
I don't think it will cost that much since the bulk of the cost will be in fertilizers and light. So if u use masterblend/dry ferts and led lights/have good sunshine, u already save so much on the bulk of the cost.
Then use kratky because it is the cheapest form of hydroponics since no pumps...
