In a week the pods should be set but most of the flowers are small on the BT.
The douglah has some great sized flowers that are way more developed than the scorps, I actually ate a small pod off the plant last week.
The larger fatalii has a few pods that are maybe 2-3cm
Gov sucks balls, I...
The BT Scorp has made some good progress in only a week :woohoo:
I can nearly taste the pods already
Not sure if this pic will be worth adding but it's my mystery pot which I'm hoping has a lot of BT Scorp seedlings sprouting. It did have a scorp plant in the pot so there's a very good...
The problem is that your going to get a heat level that's in a way an average of the two peppers. So you'd expect any cross like this to have far less heat...
But there are crosses around that are pretty big, hippies naga/bonnet can get really big compared to superhots.
Have a look for...
Now that's a good season lol
I had to tie up each branch on my dorset to a steak last season due to the number of pods. This year I'll be tipping the plants early to help toughen the structure up. But yours just looked fat :) and dense.
Have fun with the poppers
YYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYY ME!!!
just got a job offer after being made redundant exactly 2 months ago
I had told myself I needed 2 months off and I'm back in a job to the day lol
While i'm rambling, the AUS gov had said they couldn't help me for 8 months but then only if I had less...
What color? green wouldn't do much
Growing conditions, especially the amount of moisture will make a huge difference but even then a true BT Scorp would still hurt. Some times end of season or even winter pods do lack the burn you'd expect. Pods in mid summer always burn hard :)
It didn't really do much over winter Edgie but you can see one pod on the rocks beneath the plant in the pic you re-posted.
I've also got a mystery pot going with a small scorp or douglah in it, can't remember what it is. The pot also has a few seedlings that have popped up from previous plants...
okay okay okay already lol
Got busy in the garden this morning ;)
The soil was a good mix of old soil, compost mix, worm farm soil, coir, sand and mushroom compost. It was full of life so hopefully the lil fatalii gets a good start.
lolz
Just got back from the seasons hotel Darling harbour :) was a nice weekend away with the misses, she's scared of me now lol hehehehe
anyways back to the PG content lolz
Little fatalii bons
contemplating potting it up for summer
