Here is the finished bed.... Don’t ask me what the plants are since my little puppy decided to eat all the name tags that I had. I do know that there are two barrackpore's and a yellow 7pod. The other ones I am going to have to wait till they fruit to find out.

I decided I needed a little more room for some of my chilli plants. There were some roses in this bed before, but the soil was extremely compacted and hard as a rock. I thought I would soak it with some water to try and soften it up... So I let it sit for a little while until I came...

The only plant i can think of would be a Big Jim. Its a C.annum Although i dont think this chilli was originally from Australia. Anyone else got any ideas?

Not trying to hijack this thread, but there are shit loads of ants around my house, and on alot of my chilli plants. I know that they farm aphids and the like and i want them gone. How can i get rid of the ants? P.S. I have a 9 week old puppy who is very into eating and sniffing everything, so...

could possibly be Crassula ovata??

Couldnt have said it better HF, i am only somewhat new around here as well and without the help and information this forum has provided me, i wouldnt have made it as far as i have, and hopefully even further. Thats everyone for all your help :)

i can understand where she is coming from lol. I managed to pick up an old processor for only $5 :woohoo: and it works perfectly fine. All i had to do was fix a little clip that makes it turn on when the lid is closed. Glad i am not the only one that does what i do (or similar at least) :crazy:
