Thanks for the advice... This is actually my first time with jolokias! It was getting hard to stay patient after looking at green pods for like 3 months.

A couple of my jolokia pods have begun to ripen... The orange one is much hotter than the green one.

For #1: serrano 2: tabasco, habanero, or datil 3: habanero 4: serrano for pico de gallo, or jalapeño to mimic the store bought kind, or habanero for mango salsa

What I have extras of (that you don't already have) is purple jalapeño, serrano, cayenne, and bhut jolokia. Let me know if you need them and I'll pm you my address so you can send a SASBE.
