Hmm, come to think of it. Yes, I did. Regardless facts are facts...and I'm convinced in what I've read and been taught.

I did'nt say to wait for leaves...and yes stems green up too. And actually, look it up...cots are usually eaten up by the plant...they photosynthesize for a short perdiod of time, then are consumed (usually). but that's not their primary function...take a bio class...read a book...google it.

I had best results when I put them under lights immediately. From there put them on a 18/6 schedule. Some say you can even do 24hrs of light until they for their 1st set of leaves. The cotyledons (first set) don't photosynthesize and are just stored nutrients for the plants to use while it...

Go to the pellets...I'm a beginner and I tried using the baggie method as well and it didnt work for me. Pellets are awesome.

Thank you! Actually yes they're under t5's. And I'm starting to harden them off in the shadier areas of my greenhouse. I started with 2 then yesterday I did 4 hours, today I'll do 5. They seem to be taking it very well. No direct sunlight yet though, idk how long they need to be hardened off for...

Thanks man, hopefully they do come through. And I've used black gold seedling mix (it has yucca extract) just peat and perlite pretty much. I've blended it with a little bit of worm castings. Then I've fed them twice with some compost tea (boogie brew) and trace sea minerals.

Awesome grow, some of my reaper and 7pot jonah seedlings have leaves that have a tappering purple pigment like the Boda Roxa. What is that a sign of? could the seeds have been in the wrong package or something? stress? nutes?

Hey guys,   Well I've got some reaper, douglah and jonah seedlings indoors under a t5 light. I'm having an issue with the leaves turning purple on my jonahs and reapers...it's strange because the leaves don't fall off or anything...they just stay purple...could it be that the seeds were...

Yes this is true! Sunshine#4 is already very light though isnt it? EIther way I wouldnt mind more sprucing it up a bit. I was adding the worm poo for the sake of adding some light nutes as well as water retention since theyre gonna be in a green house, more of a hot house actually.
