We recently switched out our (6) 600W HPS/MH lights for newer technology 315W CMH/CDM setups and I finally managed to get some pictures uploaded. These lights are absolutely killing our old 600W setups, in every way possible. They're 240v only and won't work with digital HPS/MH ballasts and...
Troy originally asked that anyone who had seeds or pods send them back to him. The pepper was released without his permission and there were alot of people selling the peppers and seeds from his early generations. He sent a few seed packs out with sauce orders this year but to my knowledge...
LOL, it's not really a runt. It's the smallest and most compact of my 3 yellow lavas so my wife named it the runt. The stem on that plant is thicker than a kindergarten pencil.
I ordered those from US Plastics a while back, but you can get light diffusers from Home Depot or Lowes that...
Hey all! I've been very busy over the last few weeks working on my indoor "grow lab" and getting a new round of indoor plants started. I wanted to start this GLog earlier but just didn't have the time to resize, upload, and post all of the pictures I have been taking. I finally was able to...
LOL, I don't brew beer in my indoor labs but I am running CO2 injection and can attest that it works really well in certain condtions. Mine is set and controlled to 1500 PPM before they flower and 1000 PPM after they start flowering. The system only runs when the lights are on.
Good luck...
I currently have 5 Brazilian Chocolate Brainstrain plants growing in the indoor hydro lab. They are vigorous growers and are looking like they all will be great producers. I should have plenty of fresh pods through the winter.
I would be willing to do that at some point. My indoor lab can handle ~22 plants and even though it's full right now, I should have some room after the first part of 2015. My plants start in a custom aeroponic system and then they move into top-drip DTW systems in coco.
I'm not...
Lumen ratings on grow lights are a simple gimmick. PAR ratings and provided light spectrums are the only numbers worth looking when comparing various grow lights, especially with newer lighting technologies like LED, LEC, and DE lights. LEC lights are now coming with dual spectrum bulbs that...
I would back off of the nutrients. Plants that small do not need that high of a concentration. I would give them a solution of 2ml micro / 4ml bloom and 0.25ml of Floraliscious Plus, per gallon, for a week and see how they do. GH nutes are very easy to use once you learn to read what the...
I have two boxes of mixed fresh peppers up for sale. We picked these tonight and they're ready to find a new home. I'm selling these at $15 a box shipped because I need them gone ASAP to make room for the rest of the fresh crop that we'll be picking over the next one to two weeks.
Box 1:

One of my Baha Goats has started producing pods with a distinct stinger tail on them, while the other is still putting out nice peachy looking pods that are quite large. The color, size, and heat level is the same on all of them. I have some pictures on my phone that I can upload tonight.
The Defcon 7 has a different skin texture than the Jonah. Going from left to right (top left bunch) you have a Defcon 7, Jonah, Defcon 7, Defcon 7, Defcon 7, Jonah. All three in the top right bunch are Jonah.
Thanks!
No need to worry about that. The performance pack contains the GH 3 part flora series. I would put the FloraGro on the shelf and run it as a 2 part solution using the Micro and Bloom formula. For full strength use 16 mL per gallon bloom and 8 mL per gallon of micro. For seedlings and...
What type of system are you going to run? It sounds like a mixed / hybrid DWC, but just checking. I use the GH Flora series / lucas formula and have great results. You could make things easier and just the FloraNova Bloom one part, just make sure that you are mixing it well before putting it...
We'll be growing the Chocolate and Red versions of the Brazilian Ghost next year, so it's good to see a review. There's quite a few "Brazilian" peppers out there right now that are going to be fun to grow.
Thanks for the love FireAlchemy. I'm glad that you enjoyed the Jonahs and MOAs. We're picking plenty of fresh peppers everyday so let me know if you need more.
Thanks again,
Stephen
The yellow color is very hard to capture without natural light. I took the picture on my cell phone last night and will admit that it's a bad picture. I hate taking pictures inside and I really hate using a flash.
Thanks,
Stephen
