If you want ripe pods before the first frost comes, make sure to plant them by the end of Feb at the latest. Unless you want to harvest unripe pods then you can can wait a little longer.
Good luck with your grow.
First year growing I didn't use lights at all, just put them in a south facing window (they got really leggy)
Next year growing I used a bunch of CFL and LED bulbs (they still got fairly leggy)
The following year I used unbranded T5s (they did much better than previous years, but plants were...
Here's one I will be attempting to stabilize this year. Was supposed to be a Fatalii Gourmet Jigsaw. Pods start off dark purple then fade to green, then orange and finally red. Puts out some pretty wild pod shapes too.

Yellow Moruga - didn't care for the taste
Red Moruga - gave me bad cap cramps
Red Brainstrain - went mushy and tasted nasty if they weren't picked right away
Manzano/Rocoto - I only ever get 2 or 3 ripe pods per plant before the first frost comes.

3. Too much nitrogen fertilizer
4. Too much water
5. Low light levels (reduces fertility).
6. Very low humidity (reduces fertility)
7. Poor air circulation (air circulation contributes to...
I'd give them a 50% chance of survival. My guess is the roots are probably rotten after all of the water you've dumped on them. You might be better off just starting from scratch.
The mold will just keep coming back unless you let the surface of the soil dry out. Scrape off the mold and increase the air flow. Don't water for several days.
I'm with smokemaster, too humid with the lid on the container, leave it off. Too much humidity causes stems to grow weak and spindly. For the wilted seedling, stake it up and improve the airflow and it should recover. Go easy on the watering too.
