u could still use if ofc...  tho i would mix it up with a bag or two of potting soil or wtver.

show us a pic of the fish sauce u are using...  this makes a big difference   skip the gree onion, add either shallots or thinly minced or crushed garlic

i sucked at growing from seed til i bought a germination kit and seed starting soil then got into those grow plugs...     maybe u can put a dome or cover on those to keep em moist and humid.

it could be too much light...  try switching the light back a couple hours to maybe 16/8. 

what dish are u eating it with?   are u using a fresh lime or from bottle?   green onion?  are u sure that's what they put?   i bet you're missing the msg part...  lol   try taking a pic of the actual sauce.   that pic looks like it has parsley, or maybe cilantro.   what kind of fish sauce do u...

  aw ch!t...  they are gonna hate me tonight...  I forgot them outside all day today, and I'm too lazy to bring them back in tonight from hardening...  lol   we had a high of 83f today and tonight expecting a low of 55f...   i guess we'll see if they truly need a week to get hardened.

wash vegetables with just regular water.  water your plants with said water...  that's what i do. oh, and i use worm casting, azomite rock dust, and some other stuff...  i can't remember right now.   or tea...  a lot of folks here say they use chamomile tea spent twice!  meaning not the first...

even tho it's in a raised bed, i'd still add some perlite to it...  since it already has fertilizers in it, ala horse poop, id prolly not add too much more, maybe.
