rainy season must be early coz it's raining hard the 2nd time this week.

if you can help it, pick only when ripe. i have to pick mine sometimes when they're partially ripe or starting to ripen to keep the maggots away. them fruit flies love to lay their eggs in my peppers.

the problem with praying mantis is that they also prey on beneficial insects, and themselves.

can't really comment since my plants are fine. aside from the fact that i need to be on top of the heat and water them a little twice a day to keep them from wilting to death.

those look a lot like jamaican yellow mushroom peppers that i grow. some people would call that a jamaican scotch bonnet but yellow mushroom peppers have move annuum characteristics and scotch bonnets are a mostly chinense variety.

all i know is if it's extract hot sauce, i ain't touching the stuff. =D
