I'm having some technical difficulties.  Sorry for they hype and total failure all together on this one.   I'm going to have to cut some of the video to make it under 15 min.  (Youtube is giving me crap about it)  What a hassle.  I'm re-editing now.

Sorry... We got busy today.  We're both fine (we couldn't eat enough to really hurt ourselves) We've finished editing the video and we will upload it tonight.  Should have it posted in the morning.

Well.. We're alive.  It was an epic fail!  We will post the vid as soon as it's uploaded, but it's not much to see.   We've officially had some of the most expensive pizza on the planet!   It was fun.

Ok.  Today is the big day!  Are we excited?  You might say that.  Are we ready?  As ready as we're gonna be.   I woke up several times during the night thinking about this cursed pizza.   My strategy is going to be to eat fast and try and get it all down before my stomach has a chance to realize...

I've heard nothing but good things about this pepper.  I'm really looking forward to trying one of these pretty soon.  Nice review guys.

Ya, we are still very new to this, so the varieties that I've tasted is still very limited.  I am excited to try some of the flavors and types of heat that other chilis have to offer, just waiting for the grow season to come around again.  I'll contact chileplants, thanks for the tip.

The crust will be eaten.    The sauce will be more of a paste.  ItBurns said we can add a bit of water to help get the "sauce" to a more usable consistency.    We can add any toppings we wish, but I'm just going with cheese because I don't even eat half a "normal" pizza and I'm a bit worried...

Hey... Good point!  My food is good.  :)   I like heat, but don't care much for the pepper flavor, so for me the PE is VERY NICE! 

We're going all out.    We will have a bottle of ipecac on hand and poison control on speed dial for safety reasons.

2 MORE DAYS!  We've been doing some pretty intense training!

You really should.  It's very nice.  I've been putting it on everything.  I will always have PE around the house from now on.  :)

Well... Whatever they were, they were pretty hot.  Nice all round burn.  I enjoyed this pepper.
