    Finally some bhut jolokias red and yellow type. all green here is becos at the time my cousin's was coming to see me from my mother in laws house they were all green. she just sent it as proof that the seeds that i planted in the village is fruiting now.. can't wait to go there next month...

    yup.. just its from a different area and hybrids can make a hot pepper hotter or sometimes less hot then its parents.and they are not stabilize yet..each generation there might have a change..... the heat is also determined by the environment.... heat needs heat!

    If you got that plant from them,then it might be a Assam bhut or a hybrid from it. They got it from Bangladesh workers also.

    got a fruit fly infestations here alll my chilli pods are attacked at one section of my garden. lucky not all the parts. my kung pow and kelantan whites are effected.!! the maggot eat everything inside and just leave a thin skin.!! the pepper above still had maggots moving round in...

    I GUESS its mealy bugs then... so far what i did was flush them using water. hope thats enuff because i don't wanna lose my lady bugs here as i have not had any aphids for sometime now:) and loots like the lady bugs are also increasing..

    another medusa harvest which i manage to intercept before it went to the pan. birds eye peppers the plant has almost lost all its leafs as seen in the background. my seedling are in bad shape due to the weather and me( been very busy lately) butch T seedlings my aji limon my kelantan...
