Things are coming along nicely for you!  Yeah, I don't think that's a Mulato Isleno.  It should be more poblano-ish.  I'll have to check mine next time I go to the community garden, but not sure if any of the blooms have set yet.  What is the one in the pic right below it? 

Went by the community garden on the way to work this morning, and some plants are holding up to the winds better than others.  The dark leaved ones, such as Cheiro Roxa, and Pimenta de Neyde seem to have lost the most leaves.  There's a few left on the top of the plant, but the rest of the plant...

Plants all look healthy and happy!     I haven't grown the Chinese 5 Color before, but on most of the pics I have seen, the foliage is more green than purple, so I am thinking that is a Peruvian Purple too.  Either way, a beautiful plant!
