i was cooking churrasco today (skirt steak) and i decided to grab one of the pepper and just cut it up in slices and served it with the steak. pretty nice kick to them. let my friend try a small piece and his face turned red for 10 minutes. pretty funny.

are peppers ready to eat off the plant or should i let them cure for a bit. i also used some fertilizer like yesterday. should i wait to give it water before i pick? would the chemicals give the pepper a different taste?

i think its a carribean red habanero. not sure though. some may argue..

some of my peppers are fully red while some on the same plant are still green. should i pick off the red ones and leave the greens ones until the ripen?

oh i didnt know they were carcasses. ive been using neem oil, but they seem to come back within 3 day days. maybe i should increase the potency of the neem oil in water?
