Cheers James, That's harvest # 4 so id be getting over 2lb a week still, its interesting this year as im keeping tabs on how much produce in weight. So for me personally with roughly (underestimate) 100 good plants im harvesting 1kg a week. Mezo.

Ive been thinking as well, it would soot up the collector window or even melt it? (perspex) it would be easier to build a dedicated smoke house. You could quite easily make this a cold smoker (tin can solder iron technique) and locate it above the collection windows but under the racks. Thanks...

Another load for the drying racks. You can see the ones from a few weeks ago on the top shelf, could do with a bit more drying. No mould though which is pleasing. Mezo.
