    Hitting The Beer Market

Recently I tried out a Shipyard Pumpkinhead ale. Best when drank from the bottle. It's a rather thin beer and seemed to lose a bit of flavor when drank from a glass, which was unusual to me. The taste is less about pumpkin and more nutmeg than anything. Drinkable. The fiance bought it for me...

And that's why I won't be surprised if people start trying to sell pumpkin seeds as bhut jolokias.

    Critter, cold or ?

Dwarf pods you know are dwarf because they ripen while still small. If you leave em on, they'll soften with age.

Just de-seeded tons of super hots bare handed

Never do gloves myself. Makes things too hard to do for me. Can't grip jack with gloves on, so I just don't bother anymore. Never had hand burn unless I had nasty cuts. Now eye and 'South of Detroit' burn. I know all about that. But it just comes with the territory. My fiance hates me for it...

    BEER!

Haven't seen that one around but I must look harder. I've really become a big fan of darker stouts and ales and the like. Have yet to find a dark beer type I hate. So this is truly my beer season. :)

    Critter, cold or ?

The temps and wind combination lately is definitely affecting my plants. The peppers are likely in most of our cases (ohio folk) produce some or many dwarfs. I've only had a few dwarf which is typical but not very many. I've experienced a bit of flower drop which with night time temps in the...

    Bonda Ma Jacques

Love the leopard print chair and lavender paint! Good review though. I've heard much about this pepper and have been extremely curious about it. The orange-y tangerine-y taste sounds wonderful. Definitely will be added to my 'must TRY to grow' list. Also, your dog really wanted to get under...

    BEER!

Finally got around to buying a beer that I've eyed for a few years. Always wanted to try it but didn't wanna spend the $11 for a 6-er. I've had the Rogue's Dead Guy Ale and the Santa's Private Reserve but never their Mocha Porter. Edit: Heh realized what was on that mail pile and blacked it...

    New Beer Sunday

Same, missed out on a Sunday beer. Had a Smuttynose beer on Friday, but nothing new Sunday. Made chili fries instead! That scotch ale looks excellent. I adore scotch ales.

    Exhausting hot air from closet

Really as long as the air is moving toward the vent it should be alright. Also as long as the area the is moved out to has some space on the other side to move. Much like a computer's exhaust being close up against a wall. Makes hot air harder to disperse. Have you considered having an inlet...

    Todays pre beer work

It typically doesn't take high temps to result in abandoning a project in favor of beer around my house. But it doesn't help. Looks good so far though!

    Preparing for Next Season

I haven't really seen any HID setups that offer enough space for the price. Plus I'm extremely interested in how far I can take low wattage lights like these. They run $5 per light so they're really not breaking the bank much. It's a fun little project to do the most with the least.

    Waht a miserable year

It was a bad year for many. Mine started bad when I lost a number of plants to a hail storm while I was at work in early May. Spent the better part of that night pulling hail out of my pots andsifting through the garden for sign of life. The middle of the season was wonderful for me, but now...
